School of Holistic Yoga & Ayurveda is an institution teaching and promoting Holistic Healing and Vedic sciences like Yoga, Ayurveda and Astrology. Our experienced teachers are dedicated and committed who have been studying, pursuing and promoting Yoga and Spiritual Vedic Sciences for many years under enlightened spiritual masters. They understand the special requirements of the students who are serious seekers of self realization, everlasting peace and harmony through practice of spiritual Yogic and Vedic Sciences.
We do have a dedicated and devoted team of teachers who have been studying and teaching Yoga and other Vedic Science disciplines for many years under the direction of the enlightened spiritual masters. They understand the requirements of the students who are seeking the intervention and teachings of the genuine Vedic teachers and Schools.
We are deeply passionate about spiritual and cultural exchange of East and West. We don't promise Nirvana (enlightenment) or deep spiritual experiences, nor do we bang you with some abstract spiritual philosophies. What we teach is simple yoga and meditation practices that can be of practical use in your daily life and harmonize all areas of life, including diet, sleep, sex, relationships and work attitudes.
